SEIVA provides physician-guided peptide therapy programs. All programs require medical screening, physician approval, and informed consent before treatment begins. SEIVA does not guarantee specific health outcomes. Results vary by individual.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Certain programs have additional eligibility requirements that will be disclosed during the intake process. A licensed physician must approve your participation in any program.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and intake. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
5. Payment & Billing
Program pricing is displayed on each program page. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected programs. Refund policies will be communicated separately.

SEIVA is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided through our platform.
